I finally got my Synergy kit.

Before I get started, I'm watching... I don't want to have too many problems during the assembly (since I have the 2.2 Diesel engine) some parts don't fit so easily.

Well I don't think that on this modification, the fact of having another engine changes anything.

I took this picture to see concretely my future installation.

It is obvious that it is not possible to put the two thick washers delivered with the "Fox", should I put only the thicker one ?

And will the washer (with the small screw) be enough to hold this part?

What do you think?

Thank you for your advice and help.

This is how it looks installed, the button cap bolt holds just fine. You can put a small amount of Blue loctite if you’re concerned, but it’s not necessary.......

I wanted to install today my FOX with the synergy kit. The problem is that the screw (see arrow) doesn't go in the synergy bracket. It has two holes with two different threads, but none of them are compatible.

Where can I find the right screw? It's very specific!

Thank you for your help. Like a loser, I ordered the FOX in "JL compatible" version when the only good solution would have been to order the "kit for JK"

Did you have any idea how to help me? Thank you :)

Is the synergy bolt to big diameter to fit in the fox eyelet? I know when you use stock stabilizer with the synergy bolt , they have you drill out the eyelet to a 1/2” .

One of the two holes would be OK (regarding the diameter) ... but the thread is a fine pitch (on the synergy part) and big on the FOX screw (black screw on my picture) so it doesn't work.

I'm really disappointed. For the moment I put my old damper on until I find, I hope there is one, to put my FOX (paid for expensive)

I’m talking about using the gold synergy bolt, but you might have to drill the eyelet of the stabilizer out to 1/2” diameter.

It fits, I've tried it. Both ends of the Fox are 1/2"

As @Roky points out use the Synergy gold bolt that goes into the clamp and the two o-rings that came with the Fox over it and use that. You don't use the small Fox Allen cap bolt.

I'm sorry, my English is bad, but I'm doing my best to translate with "Google".

The gold bolt supplied with the Synergy kit, doesn't work with my FOX because its "head" (hexagon) protrudes from the bracket and the "stem" (the central axis of the piston) of the FOX shock touches it, that's why FOX made a special screw (the one in my picture) with a special flat head that goes just under the shock stem.

The golden bolt diameter is the right one for FOX, the problem is in its length and in its hex head which is too high and therefore touches the piston axis.

The black bolt is very, very flat and so it goes perfectly under the piston axis.

Again, I bought the "FOX kit for JL" and not the one for "JK" which would have been perfect.

Ok gotcha..... do you have an ace hardware or equivalent, if so take both bolts and tell them you want the configuration of the black bolt, and the threads of the gold bolt.

OK :like:

The black bolt has a very special head shape, I will never find such a thing here (in Europe).

Something else you can do, is find out what size and thread is of the black bolt, and drill and tap the other side of your synergy collar. The only thing is your bolts that hold the two halves together will be on the bottom. I don’t think this would be a problem, you can use blue loctite on them.

I believe you can order the JK clamp for the ATS through Fox by itself. I know that doesn't help you quickly but I thought i read somewhere that this guy called them and they sold him the other clamp over the phone and shipped it to him.
