Got this thinking it would come with Offroad pages but apparently not. You can add it but at an additional costs, $200-300+ I believe since you have to get some extra stuff to successfully code it.

But if you don't mind the offroad pages, this has everything else.

Also willing to sell my HVAC unit with all the buttons needed for the 7.0/8.4 such as volume etc since I'll be reinstalling my 5.0

Is the HVAC unit complete plug and play? Does it have all functionality if I install It with the 8.4 inch uconnect radio?
