Flip Up license plate mount solution for ARB Classic Deluxe Bumper?

It's Saturday so I can't contact them directly so I thought I would try here. Does anyone know if ARB makes a flip up or easily removable license plate mount for their Classic Deluxe Bumper for the JL? I have a Warn ZEON 10s with a Hawes fairlead that is getting mounted and because I live in Utah I need a way to mount the front license plate The fairlead is recessed into the bumper which limits my options on most of the stuff I've searched. Thanks!

tuffy makes them for both hawse and rollers. this will be one i'll get when i get my winch.

the other style would be a clip on style. it clips to the vertical rollers. not crazy about this one because its not really secured. i cant find a link to this one.
