I have done some research and have seen this done behind a motorhome. Has anyone here flat towed with large tires and a lift.

I have flat towed my JLUR with 37s. It pulls fine. Just make sure you follow the steps in the owners manual on how to prepare the Jeep to be towed.

What are you using for wire harness for the brake and signal lights. How about aux braking system?

I have a lift, but only 35" tires. I just returned from a 1700 mile round trip while flat towing. I have the following setup:
Blue Ox tow bar
Maximus3 tow loops, and Blue Ox adapters
Cooltech wiring harness
Rvi3 brake.

Everything worked like a charm

The large tires shouldn't matter. But, if it's got modified suspension (lift), make sure you have checked the caster to ensure at least the factory caster angle. Caster is why a flat towed vehicle follows the tow vehicle.
