Flat towing a 3000lbs vehicle with a JLUR

I plan to flat tow a Chevy Tracker with my JLUR (3.6 V6), the Tracker weight 3000lbs, is it the Jeep okay to flat two another vehicle?

Should be ok be fairly $$ to get tow bar, brake for toad, and lighting. If it’s a one time thing I’d look into renting a trailer.
