This is just a heads up post.
I've been going back and forth with their customer service for the last two weeks trying to get them to tell me how to enable a feature which is advertised on the product page of their website (https://www.holley.com/products/tuners_and_programmers/handheld_tuners/parts/3571-JL).
All I want them to tell me how to do is enable Sway Bar Disconnect in 2HI. And they will not do it.
If I email them I'll get a reply a day or two later that says to call their customer service. So I have called them multiple times and not a single person I spoke to there even knew that the FlashCal-JL is made for Jeep Wranglers. One of the guys I spoke to told me flat out that Wranglers don't have sway bars and that is why that feature (which is advertised on their site) is not available on the device.
This has not been the first time interacting with their customer service. I, in fact, went through this exact same routine with them over disabling auto-start-stop. When I first bought the FlashCal-JL that too was an advertised feature. They have since stopped advertising it since the feature never worked at all.
