FlashCal customer service non-existent?

Has anyone here had any success getting answers from SuperChips re the FlashCal? I've sent them a couple of questions and got nothing back. Just wondering if I should dump the thing get a Tazer?
Seems like the Tazer has a ton more features anyway.

Not sure about that. But my initial question to them was many months ago before the pandemic.
