How do they hold up to the elements... I'm looking at getting them although with the $200 USD to CAD conversation I'd like to knowhow they hold up (sticky tape...and plastic) to the cold weather/snow/salt... and sun.. any fading etc?
These are made from the same ABS+PC material that the factory fender vents are made from so these will hold up similarly to the as the factory parts. Cold, Snow, Salt, etc is not going to damage this material.

Thanks for the information! Even though they are not found under the 2018 jl selection from your sorter....in the text it does says it fits the 2018...is this true? As well it fits the rubicon fenders?

Thanks!

Hmm, it's showing when I go to the 2018 page -- top of page 3 with the default sorting! But yes to both questions :like:

Jeep claims those side vents are functional. They appear to relieve high pressure inside the wheel well at speed, improving aerodynamics. Others think they may help slightly in dissipating heat from the engine compartment. Do these still allow for that, or do they completely seal off the vent?
Bawwhhhaaa! Whew! That was funny! You used "Jeep" and "Aerodinamic" in the same sentence. I have been driving jeeps for quite a while but have never heard that wording combination before.

Has anyone installed these and attached the wires through under the hood without removing the inner fender?! If so Pics or information how you did it would be greatly appreciated!

I ran my footwell wiring around my A pillar instead of going through the firewall. Just tuck the wires behind your rubber door seals
