Can't be sure but it looks those are real vents. If they were solid wouldn't there be standing water even just a tiny bit. And didn't they say they were gonna fix everything. That was wrong on the jk. As for the wheels. Black paint.

Definitely won't want to do painted fenders on the Rubi. You can say bye-bye to the paint on the rears.

I'm sold on the soft top due to the fact you can flip the rear up like that. Reminds of the bikini tops on the Bronco I in some weird way. Really dig it.

The vents on my 10A are functional, sure the vents on the Rubicon will be as well, and maybe just aesthetics on the sport model

Honestly idk though hopefully the sudden cooling wouldn't crack or warp anything. Though it would have to be able to tolerate heavy rain and auto car washes already so I'm sure it'd be ok unless submerged.

Are the JK Hard Rock Power Dome hood vents not functional?

Not from the factory, you have to remove them and cut the back side of them open to make them functional.
