The ground clearance difference online is about 2 inches (standard rubi vs XR). Tires are 1.6 inches taller on the XR going off tirerack measurements. Do you know what would account for the additional 1/2 inch? That bump stop extension or 1/2 in spacer?

not saying there is not better suspension components just going off of lift height. I guess i assumed too much when they stated 1.5 inch lift.

You only get half of the overall tire diameter in height. So .8 off tires, another .7 through elsewhere?

Is diameter of a circle/tire not the same as the height? 33 tall vs 35 tall tires - 2 inch height difference

Only half of the tire is below the axle to gain height. The half above the axle doesn't raise the vehicle.

Like someone posted pages ago: XR looks more like a last-minute add-on to shut up Ford in the PR wars, than a well thought out, properly engineered options package.

Like someone posted pages ago: XR looks more like a last-minute add-on to shut up Ford in the PR wars, than a well thought out, properly engineered options package.

I guess it will neither be here nor there, if I cannot get this package in a 2 door JL. Damn it Jeep, please do not let me buy a 2 door Bronco Squatch.

It is equivalent to someone stacking wheel spacers to fit larger tires. Only jeep is sending something out like this...

Here is a picture of my 2021 Eco-Diesel Rubicons jounce bumper tubes. It is also extended like the XR package seems to include. I think the 392 is also extended.

I wonder why they didn't just bolt a bump stop extension to the lower coil spring pad like the one that comes in the Mopar kit and call it a day? Why did they have to engineer that huge monstrosity...
