Took my girls to the beach today down on the far end of Surf Side beach just outside Freeport Tx

I've been there a few times in my pickup and ended up helping a few people who found out that a 2WD pickup is not good in non-packed sand. Sometimes, it's really convenient to have 4WD.

After viewing this thread for the past 8 weeks, I can finally post my red jeep! Loving it so far, so much to learn and get used to with how it drives compared to a manual car, but I don't think I will find another vehicle that suits me so well.

I add a black grille, and will have the whole body clear wrapped in August. Thats all I plan to do so far.

Been impatiently waiting since April. Driving back to the office after lunch and low and behold, a truck full of Wranglers being unloaded at my dealership. First one off was mine! Kind of cool being there for the unload from the truck. Hope they can get it prepped in the morning. I’m ready.

Thanks! It is a mopar part I got close to me I’m in Canada so local is best for shipping.

Only issue is that it is a sport grille which i didn’t know. So you can’t use the grey light and grille inserts, and you can’t connect the painted grille surround pieces. But i didn’t want those anyway so it worked out. You only need the grilled, and to transfer over the clips. Be careful taking those off ass the teeth can bend the plastic. If you wanted you could buy the clips from dealer but not needed.

I know they showed a black grill on the Mojito concept build, and that was a Rubi, so hopefully they have it avail for the Sahara and Rubi grill since they are different than the 1 piece Sport grills. Thanks for the info!

Yeah thats what I had thought this was, but I didn't plan on using the coloured surround. There is a newer matte black molar grille, this might have that feature. Its almost double the price at 340 or so. You could always take your apart and paint too. All the bits come off.
