Finally a smaller key fob

Looks like AJT design is working on a smaller key fob with the physical key that is stash inside the the fob.



Looks like it should be here in Feb and looking at other products they sale should be like 35 bucks.

Is it longer? I wouldn't exactly call that a smaller fob. I hope they make different designs because that one looks weird. Good to see progress in that direction though.

Length looks the same, but 2/3 width. I can’t see depth, but I hope it’s smaller in that proportion, too.

Current fob is seriously as big as my wallet!

I'll enjoy:

1) the thinner design, and
2) inset buttons that won't go off if the fob in placed in a tight space, unlike MOPAR's

It’s not smaller. I’m fine with current size. Only key I carry. Electronic locks on house. Badge entry at work.

I don't have a real issue with the big key fob other than the key keeps popping out. That, I hate.

I do agree it looks really cheap. But if it stops the problem of the key opening up the it might be worth it.

I don't have a problem with the stock key fob, it fits in every single one of my jeans "pocket watch pocket" just fine, it doesn't matter what brand of jeans either.

Remember not that long ago, cars came with a remote to lock/unlock/alarm separated with a key to start the car. I rather have the jeep fob over that.

I hated that too. Used a strip of duct tape for a while, then upgraded to a fob holster from Gibson Leatherworks.
