Yeah, we just get a single packet ketchup cubby. If it falls out... it goes to the passenger floorboard. Not a good scenario!

Not remotely worried enough about it to carry a fire extinguisher. It's something to be aware of, but the number of manual equipped Wranglers that have had their clutch explode is statistically insignificant. My '23 is 2 model years past the recall so something at least minor has been done.
yet now we have a new undetermined recall 🤔

I do understand hunger makes the best sauce. I have many fond memories of cooking processed meat products like spam and vienna sausages over a campfire, and many nauseating memories of watching my dad scoop all the jelly out of the can and eat it.
There isn’t much that makes me gag on the internet anymore
But that was CLOSE

You're one of the rare manual owners not freaking out about the transmission on this forum. I drove a JT with the six speed once and I still don't see the "big problem" with it.
I use 5th and 6th religiously and everyone calls it a 4 speed 😂

So it would seem. Still not something to be particularly worried about. Although in 6 months I've had my new jeep rear ended by somebody trying to run me off the road. Got my tires slashed. And now another clutch recall. Feels like the universe is saying something.

Time to trade it for a cvt civic I guess ._.

I don’t have any of these empty dash compartments, but what are y’all keeping in the compartment under the rear cargo area?

I’ve taken to keeping some ratchet straps and all my air compressor gear back there.
I’m going to buy some recovery gear eventually to stash in there, but currently I have a cribbage board and a deck of cards in there.

It's a fucked up world out there. I'm glad I was planning on wearing out the stock highway tires before putting some all terrains on it so I didn't lose a brand new set of $1,000+ tires.

Do you live in a crazy area or something?
I don’t even lock mine most of the time.
I also don’t keep anything of value really in mine.
I have a soft top, so I figure if you’re going to break in…just try the door first please.
