I've had it back for about a week after the last trip to the dealership. Its running but sounds like it has an exhaust leak. Both front fenders need replaced and still has hoses not clamped in place. The a/c isn't working so its going to have to go back. My Jeep was NEW before taking it to the dealer and now its just sad.Is your Jeep now fixed?

Yep, agreed, lived it with my 392. Caring isn't likely to happen. Hoping your Attorney can compel them to act.... Jeep/FCA doesn't care.
At one point I started calling twice a day for over a month and every time asked for a manager. It took 78 days for a manager to call us back and he was as bad as all the case managers. I learned from my attorney how bad Jeep is. All these people buying new jeep from a company that will not back them. I have a year old jeep that will never be right, but my attorney made them pay.FCA Customer Care is a joke. After 5 phone calls and no results at all they really are incapable of listening and resolving problems. I got the impression that the 4 different reps just didnāt care. A total waste of time.
