I have a 21 Sahara Altitude Diesel NO LIFT and I plan on staying that way. Mostly a DD, ocasional fire road and beach driving. Stock rims, 18x7.5's, stock tire size of 255/70 R18 which translates to 32.1 x 10.

Looking at the A/T3ws in two sizes to put on the stock rim:

275/70 R18, works out to a 33.2 x 10.8 tire

295/70 R18, works out to a 34.3 X 11.6

I am hearing that the wildpeaks run a little on the small size compared to the actual specs. Like a 33.2 tire may actually measure slightly under 33. That in itself could be a decision maker.

Like to hear thoughts and input on anything and everything on both my potential set up and the performance of the WildPeaks over all. And if you by chance do have that size installed on a stock Sahara would love a pic! TIA

I'm running these on 18" takeoffs.

Fits the spare carrier, barely.

A lot of people think that the new tires they bought are under spec. They haven't taken into account that the tire has the weight of the vehilce on it. So, a tire that specs at 33.2" may only be 32.25" when mounted on the vehicle and aired to 35 PSI. Spec is based on a tire mounted on an approved width wheel and filled with air, not mounted on the vehicle.

Very valid point! Thanks

How long have you had them? How do you like them? Road noise? Ride quality compared to stock? I assume no lift?
Correct, no lift. Not planning one. Road noise is not excessive, comparable to BFG A/Ts. Traction seems excellent for an A/T. I've only run them for five weeks, however in rain, snow, light ice. Very comparable to BFG (6+ sets, multiple vehicles), not bad at all. Numbers like treadwear, traction, heat dissipation are all very good. Winter rated. My only criticism would be, driving on center feel. That may not be the tires fault. Real O.D. is like 32.6, see PDF.
