Factory tow/hitch harness on aftermarket bumper

So I bought an aftermarket steel rear bumper that matches my front, did my homework and made sure I got one with a hitch already on it so I wouldn't have to worry about swapping over the factory one and I wouldn't lose my towing capability.... until I went to install it. Thing has sensor holes (with plugs), which my vehicle does NOT need, but there is no place to mount my factory tow harness!! What are the options, other than zip ties up underneath?! Any ideas/suggestions/links? Thanks in advance!!

Nevermind... my jl was in the body shop and I wasn't looking at it, but in my head I thought the harness plug went THROUGH the rear bumper... it doesnt, it sits below it. That changes things, my apologies
