Should be a direct fit for Rubicon or Sahara. Sport sounds like it has a different harness.

My JKUR did not come with the LED package and they plug in perfect but I believe the DRL is the difference. Sahara and Rubi came with the DRL wire where I don’t think it was available on the Sport. I’m guessing she will have the same harness as you.

I plugged one in just to see what it would look like and the white LED came on with my lights and the amber came on for my turn signal. There was no flicker or anything. If there is you would need to either use a programmer like a Tazer to tell the Jeep you have LEDs there or a dealer could do it. The plug matched perfectly without and cutting or splicing.
