I did it in my garage with jack stands. Easy to install, just a little time consuming. I used the RK correction pads which I would recommend. My fender gap looks good. It might look better with 37’s but I’m not ready to commit to 37’s. I really like the way it turned out. I’ll post another picture with it on level ground when I get a chance. Ordered the lift through amazon.
I ordered a 2019 I am just waiting on it to come in. I already ordered my lift from eBay, seems like a lot of people are installing the lifts at home. So yeah I was just trying to decide on which tires to go with. Good looking Jeep man. Looks like I'm your cross town neighbor I live in Rosenberg.

Got mine on order. Waiting for a delivery date. Will install at home myself. On the fence about RK pads and track bars. I know they are probably necessary and will need them, but I already laid out enough money for now and will install first and then see what I need to add. Can anyone recommend the JKS front track bar over the RK?

Here are a few better pictures with a mopar lift and 35’s. I love the look of 37’s but they didn’t fit our needs. I am very happy with how this turned out, better than I anticipated.

I love the wheelwell proportions and how your 35's dont stick out from the fenders like most do. How did you fit that tire on the stock 7.5" wide wheel? I thought 8" is the narrowest recommended wheel for a 35? I have the same wheels on a sport and want to keep them with 35's or 285/75/17 tires.

Lastly, what spacer did you use?

I don’t have wheel spacers and the stock rims as you mentioned above. I don’t have any issues with the narrow rims and the 12.5 wide tires. They don’t rub anywhere on the Rubicon but the Rubicon axels are a little wider than the sport or Sahara. I run my tires about 33 to 35 PSI to get the to get good tread contact. With narrow rims you have to run a little lower tire pressure so you have even wear across the tire. So far no issues with the 315’s and stock wheels, If I was rock crawling I would go a different route.

After the lift, do you need to re-center the axles to the frame with an adjustable track bar (front and rear)?

I wouldn't say you "need" to. I'd drive the Jeep a bit with the uncentered axle of 3/4" and see if it is "ok" for you.

I’m going to guess that the people posting pics don’t have a description because they have a 2” lift and 35” tires. I know that’s just the title of the thread and may require a basic level of reading comprehension to make that leap, but I think it’s a safe assumption.
