Factory 18 inch summer tire / 16 inch rim for winter tire?

I can buy factory 16 inch rim from a wrangler JK for a really good price.

Should I just get 18 inch instead for my winter tire?

Bad idea go from 18 to 16?

Winther tire will be cheaper in 16 inch?

What you guy think?

Not sure 16’s would fit over the brakes. I know they won’t on the Sahara and Rubicon. Not sure on the Sports
