Thank you for checking on this. A axle back is one of the first things I'll be doing along with rims/tires. I don't like the look of the single exhaust tip and would like a little more rumble.

Excited to see what you guys do with your Jeep as well as the side by side with the JK comparison. I love your videos. They're some of the only ones I'll go through and watch the whole thing. Also like your site so will be ordering most of my products there!
I'm personally not a fan of the single exhaust tip either. I would prefer a smaller dual system like the Flowmaster Outlaw Series for the JK, or a high clearance cat-back system to where the entire muffler is relocated.

We're excited to start tearing into this beast and see what we can do with it. Thanks for watching our videos! We'll be pushing out more JL videos very soon so make sure you keep an eye out here on the forum and on our YouTube page.

Fenders. Be the first to make some fenders!
To be honest, fenders are one of the aftermarket JL items I'm most excited about!

I'm curious to see what aftermarket manufacturers are going to do about integrating the LED turn signal into their products. Especially when it comes to steel or aluminum flat/tubular fenders!

Can't wait to see what parts carry over from the JK.
Jeep isn't gonna let you just slap JK stuff on a JL. They want that sweet accessory money. Considering the ridiculous prices they're asking for their JPP stuff, the infancy of the JL is probably going to be the only time they'll really get it. The aftermarket will create better and cheaper parts, including adaptation hardware, than Mopar can ever hope to offer themselves.

So we've found out that the only thing that swaps over from the JK is the front bumper unfortunately...

Interesting your build shows limited slip axle and street tread tires. My Sahara with lsa required change to all season tires.
I noticed the same thing on Jeep's website. Although ours definitely has the Anti-Slip Differential. First thing we did to test it out was rip a burnout, and she spun both tires no problem.

We're going to test out a JK lift on our JL, although the only thing we see to be a problem are spring rates. The extra weight that was saved on the JL might make for a harsher ride with a JK lift kit.

I was reading in another thread that the Selec-trac was going too have RCV's instead of U-Joints. I can't see that in pics. Is it true?

Our JL looks to have standard U-Joints. We haven't removed the boot to check but from a visual inspection I would safely say that it's not an RCV joint.

I actually meant CV's instead of U-Joints. I'm just use too saying RCV's. Thanks
