I guess I am mostly just confused that it isn't on Jeeps website when you build one... Does it normally take them a while to catch up on some options like this? I know they do still list colors that are not available.
Yes, normally it takes a long time. Months. Sometimes it never gets updated.

Yes, as of now that is correct (according to conversations with my dealer). If you want the V6, it's a requirement to add the Recon package to the build.

Even if it is not a Rubicon? So V6 Sahara too?

Sorry, I should've clarified. To the best of my knowledge, this package is only available for Rubicon V6 and Rubicon 392.

What is the recon package? I do not even see it as a Rubicon option on Jeeps website.
Check the 17x8 beadlock capable wheels. :) It gets you the recon package with the 3.6 e-torque. We've had ours a couple weeks now and love it so far.
