There aren't many choices around here. There is only one Jeep in town. The closest one after that is 30 miles away in the next town. They are a little better. That's it. After that is a cluster of dealers in the Seattle area, 60-100 miles away, which I am not driving to.

The only Jeep dealer in town = captive audience. That kind of sucks.

Toyota is in a similar position: only one local dealer, with the next one 30 miles away.

But Toyota appears to put more effort into making sure its dealers deliver a minimum degree of professionalism.

Stellantis needs to crack the whip at bad dealers.

As far as QA/QC it's hard to go wrong with a Toyota. I doubt you will see much of the dealer.
