They've been good. I still like them. Dragged on some rocks and stumps with no movement, flex, or denting. I still like how they tuck up higher than other options. Biggest negative comment would be all of the body holes required for install, but that is what provides a lot of the strength.

Is it possible to install only the bottom slider and skip the body mount plate? is that part integral to the structure?

It is integral. There are 8 tabs with captured-sliding nuts on each body plate that the step/slider mounts to. The top of the main slider sits on top of these tabs with tapered/recessed bolts through both pieces and the sliding nut accommodating variations in body-frame-slider interface.

It was an intimidating install on a new and expensive Jeep, but they've done their job and held up well.

This is what's holding me back. Love the ARB look, but may go with the Mopar Performance sliders. Had them on my 2020 and they held up great and served as a nice step for the kids and wife.

Hi GearWhore! Are they still solid and no squeaks and creaks? Any fear of getting rust in those drilled holes? Is the step part wide enough to be useful? I like how high they sit but yes, the drilling is scary. My Jeep (Rubicon X) is not even a week old.

yeah thats what I have right now.. they do decently well so haven't actively tried to replace it unless something exceeds its performance on trails, looks OEM and doesnt cost an arm and leg (i.e. rockslide eng)

Rockslide looks good but definitely need to get that slider part to cover the step. Hate to get that step stuck in the descended position though.

No squeak or rattles at all. No rust. Yes, the step is quite useful and used frequently.
