Exhaust throaty Pop on cold start

I was rear-ended a bit ago and the exhaust was pushed up a bit and the shop replaced the muffler, pipe and all brackets.

Now, when I start up I hear a throaty kind of pop. Not sure that I heard that before and wonder if it's something to be looked at.

Doesn't seem to do it after it's been driven and restarted.
