Uh, When was this? Mine was installed in January. Less than a month old. The bow doesn’t bother me. I’ve seen the video of the Mopar guy explaining the bow. The fact that it’s rubbing the bump stop with the correction pads is what’s concerning—as other have said. Every time I go in and out of a driveway you can hear it hit and rub. It’s loud. I’m saying they (Jeep and their authorized dealer) should be ahead of this stuff. I’ll call me dealer tomorrow and I bet they are like “uhhh weird” instead of “oh yeah let’s get that fixed, Jeep told us this could happen”Uh, they did. They created a new part and contacted me to bring it in for installation. Mine never rubbed the bump stop, even off-roading, but they still took care of it. They made a statement with their actions, which is a better way to do it. They then contacted me afterward and told me if I had any more issues to bring it in and they'd take care of it. I'm not sure how that can be construed as not taking responsibility or ownership.
