If you are still looking for someone to test the pod light bracket, I’ll help out.
I have a couple of ideas for additional/ alternative uses for these.

I’ve thought about buying your gutter pod brackets already, but it’s winter and I’m not working on it until spring. One day it’s -17F, the next we get 17” of snow. I have a 2dr Sport S with no garage.

seriously if I get picked for something I will give it to someone who has an older jeep with a fair amount of miles...I normally see the people who get these giveaways driving new/newer decked out jeeps... so if I were to win I want someone who has put some blood, sweat and tears into something. not saying you have not worked hard on your jeep and you may in fact meet the criteria but I see you have a 2023 jlurd...not sure if your story will be hard luck enough :) it would take some convincing....

Afternoon!

2021 JLURD

Why would I be willing to test your Tube Doors seems like 1 question &
Why would you want me to test them is a second.

Let's answer the 2nd question 1st.
-You can easily search my name, my posts and threads to find reviews I have done on products which I love. Only some examples:

https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/redline-hood-quicklift-elite-install-slideshow.82958/

https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...or-saggy-stupid-door-nets.156613/post-3230141

https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...ice-thread-of-awesomeness.106953/post-2251865

https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...g-possession-will-update-at-each-step.157082/

-There are products I really like BUT I have also commented about something I would like to see changed. EX: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...n-install-vid-a-black-friday-link-too.159947/

-There are some products which fit with how the owners actually drive their vehicles. You need a person who LOVES half doors and how they look on their vehicle. One who uses them AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I would be one such person. I run like you see in the pics from the 1st week in April (April Fools) through At least Halloween. Here in NW Iowa, that typically entails getting rained on, snowed on, blowed on & covered in dust...The tube doors would have a minimum of 7 months of use. This is my daily as well as my off road vehicle.

Now to why I would be willing to test your doors. As long as you feel that my usage, my writing, my reviews, etc are up to snuff...I would do it because I love testing and reviewing items. When I love an item, I sing it's (their) praises when the situation warrants. If I find something I do not like or I think could be improved, I will state that as well. I will not pull punches.

I will also NOT review an item (ask for an item) IF I don't think I would be able to test it thoroughly. I have no interest in the Rain Gutter Pod Light Bracket(Pair) for JL/JT. I don't have a hard top but even if I did, I have no interest in mounts placed up there.

The doors on the other hand interest me. I am curious what the look of my Jeep would be with these installed. I always used to run my 2 door "naked" (topless and doorless). I think they look great configured that way. For the 4 door, I love the half door look. I think these doors might be the perfect sweet spot of having something there but also allowing more "freedom" and visibility than I have with solid halves.

The visibility advantage these would have when off road would be awesome, I think.

Any questions, feel free to look me up.

THX!
Good Luck on your decision.

I'm just kidding. and I don't see It as a lottery. If I am chosen to demo the product, I'd assume it would go back to the manufacturer once the demo is complete. Not looking for something to keep unless that's their intent.

I disagree with the idea that you have to already “love” half doors. A product should be able to win over new customers, even people who think half doors are not for them, once they see how it looks and works. That said, your 'application' above clearly demonstrates the ability to perform an extensive review of their product. You'd be a good choice...
Good luck!

My comment about loving half doors focuses more on the person's ability and/or desire to use them on a daily basis. I can see the folks from California (as an example) might have a step up on me because I would not use these for 5 months of the year. If that were a deciding factor between 2 qualified folks, the Cali person should be chosen over a person like me!

Kelvin:

Thanks so much for this opportunity!
Once I get these installed in Early April, I should almost feel the same as I did with my last 2 Jeeps while running naked. That all started with my Solar Yellow 2000.

I will link my separate arrival, unboxing and install threads here as soon as I get the doors.

THANKS again for giving the forum members a chance to test and review your new products. You will get some great feedback and questions I suspect.

Order placed!

I will start a thread today and keep it as the main one for my reviews.
Loved a couple things I saw on the web order page...different options on how and what to order.

Will update after work.
