Anyone have any experience or info on these apart from what is advertised?
I'm highly partial to this style of slider and don't mind drilling holes into the body for the rocker armor, but I'm concerned about their strength.
I've come down on the stock Rubicon sliders hard enough to push them into the body, and I'm concerned that a similarly hard hit to the EVO or Motobilt sliders might cause the aluminum rockers to wrinkle with the armor tied into them.
Am I being unreasonable with this concern? I have 2 buddys with who have the same style sliders on their JKs but they have steel rockers so seems to me that those would be stronger.
For those who might recommend LOD Signature Series, I've already looked into those and while they seem to be the strongest option you could get, I'm not a huge fan of the tube style sliders.
