Euro/export bumper fog light inserts

Hi there,

I just got my first Jeep, and I'm super stoked to get the mods startet.
It's a 2019 Jeep JL 2.2D, bought in Norway, so it has this insanely nasty Euro-bumper.

I want to paint the silver fog inserts, but want to remove them first.
Anyone who experience with removing these without taking off the bumper?
