I’m not sure, and could be wrong, buuuttttt, starting the motor and shutting off the motor of a diesel is bad right? I mean, I know that the gas version has only the wear on small components like, rings, and valves, and starter. So how about a diesel that has high compression, And a turbo (that needs to be cooled by oil)ect. How does that effect the longevity of these motors? Or does it not?
I’m not being sarcastic (and that’s hard for me) but I bought a $56k Jeep, and want to see it last. When my ESS kicks in, man my Jeep hates it! I usually then remember to disable it at that point.
