I started getting seatbelt warning light, air bag light, and ESS light. i know the ESS won't work if the seat belt is not latched. So my guess is a problem in the seatbelt latch, or wiring to seat since that would explain the airbag light as well and the disabling of ESS due to it not detecting seatbelt is latched.

When it gets a little warmer I will check to locate a wiring harness to the seat and check fuses and relay's etc are seated properly in the fuse box.

Occasionally the airbag and seatbelt lights will go out but come back. Shaking the seatbelt latch vigorously while latched will sometimes make the 2 lights go out but they come back and the ESS light never changes, as it likely needs to have a few start stop cycles without faults to clear it.
