I donā€™t have a suggestion, but hope someone else does quickly.

As someone who had a roadside issue a few months ago, Iā€™m thinking of you!

Go into your Infotainment UConnect. Scroll through and use the call button for Jeep Assist, think it's called that? You will get a live operator. Or press the SOS button for Guardian. I think they can see your data in real time which might help with diagnosing the problem later? They will open a case for you. Document your problem with them. You will at least have a documented history for future trouble shooting and warranty claims.

I suspect you will need to disconnect the battery if you have tools handy.

Ok I disconnected the battery and the cables under the dash and got it to turn off. When I disconnected the under the dash the radio rebooted and then I could shut it off.

Which cables did you disconnect under the dash?

Anyone know why the message would say do not turn the engine off? I guess Iā€™d be concerned about shutting it off if thereā€™s a message saying not to, although I canā€™t think of why you shouldnā€™t. Damn modern cars and their ā€œsmartā€ messages...

Your running a Tazer? / Tuner?
Yes

I installed flashed for tires and tpms and uninstall but obviously it's still married. Been running or 3 or more weeks no issue

Not to worry you more but I asked at the dealership about mods and warranty before buying a JL. They said it depends on what kind of mods. Some will void a warranty and some would not. They specifically said the one mod that will definitely void a warranty is a programmer. I did not buy from that dealer but another dealer told me the same about programmers. FCA apparently does not like them.
