I bough5 an ECRI last year when I changed tire sizes. I liked its approach to identifying the exact tire dimension, and figured I would give them a shot. I had a user induced issue, and reached out to their customer support - and they were quick to respond, and get me fixed up.
Reading the posts about thieves popping hoods to steal batteries, or disable horns, I started looking into options for making my Jeepās alarm sound when the hood is opened, and the doors are locked.
I emailed ECRI yesterday morning at 9:07am, inquiring if they have that feature. At 10:03, customer service replied with - āyeah, we can do that for you! Give us a call when your device is connected to the Jeep, and we can enable that change.ā Apparently they have not received this request before.
Just wanted to share for fellow or future ECRI owners that their customer support is top notch!
