Easy solution for carrying a bike

This is my easy solution for carrying a mountain bike without breaking the bank. I used a 2ft aluminum strip with a truck bed front axle bike mount connected to the cover in the cargo area. You can still access the little cargo area in the floor without taking the bike out and it does not take any cargo space away when the bike is not loaded. Granted it will not work for longer trips with a lot of luggage, but for a day trip to go bike somewhere this works great.

Nice! I have been running a similar set up for about a year. I ride my mountain bike five days a week, so it lives in the Jeep. I have gone through a few different methods for carrying the wheels.
