Early July MT, WY, UT, CO trip, how to find buddies

Hi!
New, and excited to be here! I am picking up a 4xe in MN (Mopar lift, 37" tires) and driving back to CA. Probably start by going to Glacier around July 4th, then want to hit Tetons, Telluride, Moab, and off to the Sierra's. No real time table, but want to hit a bunch of trails. Some on weekends, some during the week. Is there a good way to find a buddy or group that anyone can recommend, or just wait at the trail heads?

Just a note to advise: Glacier is requiring permits this year. It looks like you can get them online at https://www.nps.gov/glac/index.htm

I don't know if its Covid related but this is new.
