Wow that is a massive tire but looks really good! I do have a question are you doing a regear for that since you only have the 3:45 gears in the Willys? Also are you concerned at all about the weaker D30 axles in the front with such a large heavy tire do you plan on upgrading your front axle also per chance just curious??
Haha ya they make my old 35in nittos look small. So while the tires and fenders were getting installed, I also upgraded the front axle to a UD44 and with 4.88 gears. I did add in chromoly shafts for the rear axle for added support.

Looks awesome, and sounds like you've got proper support upgrades for the 38's! Curious, was the bumpstop adjustment for rear tire to pinch seam clearance?
