DV8 lights less than 1 year old

I had DV8 fenders and rear bumper on my rubicon and a Fab Fours bumper on the front. The DV8 finish was terrible compared to the Fab Fours.

I am not surprised three of four DV8 lights are out after only a year. Their quality is terrible in my experience.

Pay once cry once: Baja designs, diode dynamics, rigid, kc are all lights I'd consider before dv8.

Either buy so cheap it doesn't bother you to spend the same amount each year + your time to replace for the same performance of having something that will work for a decade at the same price of 4 yrs of replacing things.

Yes, surprised it was three years! Love my DV8 front and rear bumper. Guess I got lucky

So did I make a mistake? I soldered all the connections with copper wire. I'm thinking I should have used tin coated wiring. I noticed corrosion on the copper. My mistake?
