Awesome pics. Not sure how you got up to 55 in that first pic in NYC though!

Did you use anything to tie down the windshield from bouncing?

55 looks better than 15 ;) can't go too fast thru Times Square!
and nothing it stayed down driving around that slow

In NY front window down is only legal if you are open carrying a pistol and waving it about.

For real though, those pictures are too cool! What affect does that, just HDR at speed? Long exposure?

Actually required if you open carry a recoilless rifle too.

I wonder what the laws are in most states in regard to driving with no windshield? A quick search shows it's probably illegal in most states (on public roads). Some states stipulate that facial protection must be worn (some seem as though safety glasses(or equivalent), others helmet are acceptable).

Mostly, it seems, most state's laws are up to interpretation.
Good thing for laws, My eyes did get a little dry after a while.

about a half a second long.

I know laws vary everywhere, but unless it’s stated, it should be just whatever eye protection is required for motorcycles there. Really no difference. Same speeds on roads etc.
