^^^^^This.Well based on this post, if she had a job; she doesn’t anymore.
I wouldn’t want that person building my vehicle, sitting in my vehicle, or even near it for that matter. If someone needs to be using a manual transmission for their job, one would think a test would be done to confirm the skill. If it’s something they are willing to train on they should do it before someone takes to social media.
However, using terse language while on the job in a social media setting is just bad form and lacks class and respect for your employer and their customers.
Just my .02

I would do nothing. It's a union plant, so the culture here is 'your employer is trying to fuck you every chance they get so fuck them back.'. I don't think anyone (well most of them) there takes pride in their work. They are only proud of making the maximum amount of money for the minimal amount of input.'I suggest that there be monthly incentive awards for these workers in addition to an awareness program .. Does this help?
Sad to say it, but your right. The culture of a Union today is “protection” and a lack of “accountability” for the individuals actions. At least that’s my subjective observation with the Union I’m affiliated with.Unions are a cancer.
Some are good. Some are bad. Gross generalizations and hyperbole should be somewhere else... lets talk jeeps and not political crap.Unions are a cancer.
