Driver Door ajar settings now only work on passenger door ajar

Hey guys. So since I put my doors back on, the settings haven’t been the same. Usually when you open the driver door all doors will unlock, dome light goes on and radio turns off. Well it somehow switched to the passenger door. I made sure to attach the drivers side wiring harness first. I’ve detached and reattached them several times and still hasn’t fixed it. Couldn’t find anything in the actual settings on the jeep either. Any ideas?

Check the pins in the door connectors and make sure none of them are bent, folded over, or broken.
