Hello, I’ve got a 2018 JLUR I bought new. A while back I noticed the driver’s door lock switch doesn’t work properly. When I press the lock side it locks the doors. When I press the unlock it doesn’t do anything or sometimes locks all the doors. The passenger side switch works fine and the remote locks and unlocks all the doors. I’ve checked the door harness in the kick panel and made sure there were no bent pins in the plug. Any other ideas? My guess is it’s a bad switch that needs to be replaced.

Sounds like a switch issue. If you don’t want to take to dealer, pop door panel off and test switch.

It possible the wiring under the inner panel isn't tight. It's not difficult to open the panel and check.
