Yes it can. Slow and easy. No drop just, sliding down at the last second.

Yup, back up until the drivers front wheel is against the concrete, 1st gear, use the gas pedal as a toggle switch and hang on

Could just put something at the base of the retaining wall that has enough height to clear. Couple cinderblocks, maybe.

Hopefully the rear pumpkin clears at that angle.

Sure. Insert about a 6” drop trailer hitch lol

The pintle ring stays in the hitch for just such an obstacle (lots of big ledges and rocks, not particularly concrete). Keeps the rear bumper from getting ripped off. Doesn't prevent scrapping on off camber drops, but it would 100% work for a square concrete ledge.

I did it at the Rubicon and didn't "lose" my rear bumper....just "modified" it a bit
