Might be a bad question/idea etc. But I was wondering if it was possible to install 2 spacer kits. For example say you were to install a rough country 2" spacer lift while adding say something like this (https://shopallterrain.com/collecti...5-lift-front-rear-shock-extension-bracket-kit) at the same time. I figured the control arms might be the problem but then again the second kit doesn't require any replacement of the control arms.

Thoughts?

It can be done but that doesn't mean it should be. Things will be out of wack. Axles off center, caster will be poor, pinion angle bad, etc.

If you want a taller spacer lift buy the 3.5 inch kit.

Not sure if i'm misunderstanding this question, but that link is just TeraFlex shock extensions and doesn't actually lift anything. It is supposed to be used in conjunction with the 2" spacers to give you a total of 2" lift.

This is correct.

The Rough Country kit already provides shock spacers so the factory shocks can be used with no issues. Adding the Teraflex shock spacers stacked onto the Rough Country ones would only serve to make the collapsed length of the shocks longer, causing bottom out.

If you are looking to save $$, stick with a 2.5" Spacer kit, and then later down the road invest in a 3.5"+ Spring kit when you can do the trackbar, and all the other necessary components all together.
