Hey there,
I’ve finally found a minute to share my experience with this product. I’ve been searching to find a sticker or a cover that would black out the almost useless key locks on our rigs. I came across these snap caps on ebay and I located the manufacturer which was in my neck of the woods in between my home and work office.
They work really well and snap on pretty tight! When I get my rig back from the dealer, I think I might take Joe (the owner) up on his recommendation and use some 3M double stick tape so that stay on nice and secure.
By no means am I getting kick back from Joe, but feel free to mention that Ken sent you so that he knows the amount of traffic he gets from our wonderful forum.
He has some other products that he’s produced, like CB Mic Mounts, bungee grommet, hanger hooks, OBD Cover and more! And yes he’s a Jeeper himself. He owns the silver JLUR in some of his product pictures.
PS - back when I purchased these from JOE about a month ago, he had just taken measurements of the key covers on a JK, so I’m sure he’ll be producing those soon!
