Well thank god. I know it’s all personal preference but those things were extremely unappealing.

One delay after another lately. C'mon Jeep get on the ball and deliver what you say, especially our two door orders that we have been waiting months for!

I'd prefer the solid doors as well. The whole just wasn't a clean design.

I hope I can get some half doors down the road for mine. I just think the four door looks awkward with the top off and the full doors and I'll definitely get half doors to swap out my full doors with whenever I pull the hard top off.

@JAY @JLWF Dealer Guy Do any of you have any info on this? All my wranglers have been half doors and I was planning on getting the full doors this time as I wasn’t a fan of the doughnut. I’m in the 2 door boat so waiting until the 2019 MY isn’t too bad. Any idea on if this is true and if so if they would open orders to all trims at once? I’ll get a sport s, but I remember something about the doughnuts being available first on the rubi and then trickling down. I’m hoping that’s not the case with the original half doors since they’re not as “special”

This is my first go-round buying a Wrangler or any Jeep. I expected a helluva lot moe options from the factory with half doors being chief among them.

2019 might be a better year for you with the JL.

Fine by me. Half doors are the essence of Jeep. Happy to see they're prioritizing that over the same doors with a tacky cutout.

I didn't really mind the donut style. It was different. I must be in the minority since they got axed. Love the idea of half doors in any case. They should be cheaper without the whole hole thing.

VW31031-2T.png I wasn't a fan of the donut doors, but I think there are a lot of after market options for those that like the donut windows. Just sayin'...

Just think old school Big Van windows that you could be installed in the doors.

But, I am a really big fan of Maple/Bacon Donuts

Ok, to clarify - I realize I may have been the only person that likes the window in the half doors (because it is a window, not a hole people), but I did. I really liked it.

I absolutely plan to do halfsies on my JT, and I was really looking forward to those... Oh well, I’m sure Strike Force Zebra or someone else will make some bad@$$ halfs I can swap in.
