I did read his post. Read. I did not hear it. So there are no inflections in tone nor can I pick up emotions in written word. It is up to the reader how he/she interprets context. He never used harsh words and actual says the person was nice, possibly just ignorant to etiquette. That's how I read it.

Again, I’m not sure what you’re on about.

Let me put this one straight at ya. I would NEVER single someone out by name on an Internet forum or otherwise. There’s a reason I’m not going to post a link to the persons YouTube channel. I could, but that’s a really sleazy thing to do.

I don’t have some personal vendetta against this person or anything. I just found his lack of decorum pretty annoying and figured I’d post about it. You’re now assuming it must’ve been you. I’m not sure why.

I’m sure the person I interacted with about was at least somewhat oblivious toward just how annoying his behavior was. I don’t fault him for that, I’ve acted ignorantly at times in my life too. I just looked at my son and said “don’t be that guy when you grow up” and we moved on.

This thread was just meant to how some people don’t respect trail (frankly group) etiquette, and it’s obnoxious and annoying.

There wasn’t anything to figure out. I’ve been on group rides where we always take that climb.

OP mentioned the tour guide warning about the climb, well it didn’t come through on my handheld otherwise I would have respected the request.

Posting that I heard it and “didn’t care” was arrogant and disrespectful.

I don't like group rides, on trails and especially on motorcycles. I might tolerate it the next time there is another Jeep event on the granite hills near Fredericksburg, TX again, just to be able to go there, it's never open to the public. I missed it this year.
