Looks amazing! I can't wait to bring mine in for the 5.13's in two weeks. Does that mean we get some free swag too? Although I would swap for some Doetsch Off-road swag.

Hey Todd, What are your opinions on the RK long arm with the 3 link rear vs a 4 link in the rear?

Hey Todd, What are your opinions on the RK long arm with the 3 link rear vs a 4 link in the rear?
I’ll jump in on this. I chose the 3 link due to the lower control arm mounts. With the 3 link, the mounts are up even with the frame. As high up as possible and less likely to hit the arm. The 4 link rear has mounts that hang below the frame and look like an easy hit for a rock. My rig is gonna get wheeled and will see plenty of rocks. So, that’s why I went 3 link. As for ride, I’m thinking there probably isn’t much different between the 2 designs. Both are long arms and “has” to be better than a “short” arm setup.

Final days of the build are at hand. Should have it back soon.

From what I've seen of their other builds and Todd's personal builds on here I think you'll be okay.
I’m not worried about the shop work being done, those guys do great work. :muscle:The parts chosen for this build came from me, Todd just shook his head and said “ok”. :LOL:It’s truly a Frankenbuild. I chose parts from so many different manufacturers that I had to keep a written list. What’s nice is the fact there are so many manufacturers that make parts for the JL that I can chose what I want vs being limited.

Motobilt sliders. These mount to the body bolts and the body. Got lucky, Doetsch was able to remove all the bolts without breaking one. They’ve done a bunch of JL sliders and have the install requirements/bolt removal nailed down, no issues.
