FCA had a tech come out and look at my vehicle, as I feel it pulls to the right (I frequently have to hold the wheel to the left to get it to track straight).

The FCA tech said my vehicle drives as designed, but wants to put on an aftermarket camber kit to correct, nothing then? My JK didn’t have this issue. What do y’all think; am I being overly nitpicky?

Same thing here. Happened after the steering dampner recall and havent been able to get rid of it since. Just got my steering issues fixed so im happy about that. The fix for this is adjustable front lower control arms to adjust the right side...

Thats not right. I could see you were in the left lane where the crown goes to the left and you were still pulling right. I know this is going to sound nuts but its worth a shot. Make sure the fuses are seated. Start it. Turn wheel all the way to left, then all the way to right, then center. Shut it off. Restart and try it. If no help, you got something out of whack. Tech is full of it.

Thanks for the info on the fuses! I just followed your instructions but The Jeep still pulls.

Did you get a printout with the numbers on it? Maybe get it checked somewhere else?
Oddly enough they never provided me with any of the printouts. In hindsight I totally should have asked for copies. I’ll try bringing it to an alignment specialist this week.

“Drives as designed”?!? Wow. What a pile of bs. That is not “as designed” or normal.

What aftermarket camber kit?

The NHTSA is investigating that (see point 3):

They want to install this Fabtech kit:

I don’t understand why they’d want to install a camber kit if they say the Jeep drives as designed.

Yeah, I found out about the NTHSA investigation you linked to right before I dropped the Jeep off. Something ain’t right.

Excellent point! I’d be curious as to how they would answer that.

Have you tried a different dealer?
