Does the Stock metal bumper need a winch plate to mount a winch? If so, what do you recommend?

Yours seems to be neat and tidy, and the winch sits low, how did you run your wires any chance for a top shot of the install and the wire run? Thanks!
Looks like @PepperE and I have the same bumper/winch so here are some pics of mine. With regard to wires, it really depends on the winch. I almost bought a Warn Evo but the wires stick out the side and does not look clean to me at all. On the X20, the wires run straight down from the back of the top box so you pretty much can’t see them at all.

Love my Grimm Winch Plate. Bolted right in. One piece. Super easy install. Can’t say enough good about it. Installed it on a 2019 with steel bumpers and a smittybilt x20 10k winch. No fit issues at all. Factory front skid plate bolted right back in.
