Another question— 392 XR vs standard? My guess would be more XR’s since introduced.I'll run that query with I get a chance.
Most 392s do not have the XR package. Somewhat surprising, but I'm thinking that the package wasn't offered for very long.Another question— 392 XR vs standard? My guess would be more XR’s since introduced.

Apparently using the premise of forum members for my guess was not a good indicator. Plus I would have ordered it had it been available April of 21. Thanks for the effort just to satisfy curiosity! Most 392s do not have the XR package. Somewhat surprising, but I'm thinking that the package wasn't offered for very long.

I'll do those queries when I get back to Colorado. Our Rubicon Trail trip got cancelled due to a wildfire, so we've been doing Moab, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. Near the north rim of the Grand Canyon now.If I'm interpreting these correctly - 10,166/2,771 = 27.26% of XRs built (all trims) were 392XRs.
Thanks for all this info @Ratbert !!
Curious (personally) to know a couple stats if it's easy to run queries:
(With the understanding of course that 2022 isn't over... still would be interesting to run some percentage estimates!)
- total number of 392s built in 2022
- total number of 392s built in 2022 that are sarge green
- total number of 392s built in 2022 that are sarge green AND have XR package
I haven't extracted 2021's details, so no clue. They periodically restrict ordering of XRs, so the numbers wouldn't necessarily reflect demand. If we are interested in Xtreme Recons this brings up interesting MY to MY questions. MY 2021 lasted until late in 2021, with deliveries far into 2022; MY 2022 orders didn't start until late in 2021, but were cut off to start 2023 orders mid year.
How do the XR production numbers compare MY to MY?
5,698 2022 392s, 473 of those are Sarge Green, and 262 of those are XR.If I'm interpreting these correctly - 10,166/2,771 = 27.26% of XRs built (all trims) were 392XRs.
