It's clearly a specimen cup.

Some sort of "Medical Specimen" cup maybe???...drug dealer delivery apparatus ???

Better check and seat your fuses.

Most likely a thread protector or electrical component plug of some sort

Reminds me of the old man who was hard of hearing & went to the doctor. Doctor asked him three times for a urine, semen & stool sample. Exasperated, the old man turned to his wife & shouted 'WHAT DID HE SAY???' The wife shouted back - "HE WANTS YOUR UNDERWEAR!".
